This painting was inspired by the word storm. I decided to
paint a house alone in the woods near the ocean. It’s a recreation of my cousin’s
house out east. The summer before the house was built we camped on the empty
lot. I remember a storm rolling in over the water and its intensity.
The medium I used was acrylic on canvas board.
